The engaging magazine-style format of Encana's 2010 Annual Report, Take a Closer Look, earned kudos during the annual Oilweek ATB Financial Annual Report Awards ceremony in Calgary on November 24, 2011.

Encana scored well in the category of Senior Oil & Gas Companies, taking home top honour for Editorial Graphic and Design and runner-up in Financial Statements and Analysis.

Judges praised Encana's 2010 book of operating and financial highlights as "encyclopedic" in nature, a "goldmine of information" and refreshingly honest about current market challenges faced by the natural gas industry.
