Students
EnCana values the contribution that students and new grads can make to our business. Students must be legally entitled to work in Canada by either Canadian Citizenship, landed immigrant or permanent residency, and be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

New Grads
We recruit from our high performing students with prior EnCana work-term experience as well as directly from campuses across Canada throughout the year.

We offer a New Grad Program to our key disciplines, which ensures you get the business training and technical development to help you get ahead. It's a two year developmental program to help new grads drive their career forwards.

Placement
Canadian co-op students, interns, traditional students, and new grads are assigned to positions in our Canadian locations. The majority of the office positions are based at our head office in Calgary, Alberta.

Field opportunities with our operations group are located primarily in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
