What is the difference between EnCana’s new grad and intern programs? |
| A: |
New-grad hires are considered long-term hires. Interns are hired temporarily for the summer. |

What can I expect as an EnCana intern? |
| A: |
Expect extremely challenging project assignments. Your project must be completed by the end of your internship and will culminate in a presentation to senior management. |

We equip our interns to successfully design and complete their projects through access to front-line, state-of-the-art programs and a mentor to advise them daily. At the end of the internship period, our interns have the practical experience and knowledge that might take years to gain at other companies. |

Yes. The pay rate depends on discipline and experience level. |

Does EnCana offer technical field apprenticeships? |
| A: |
We offer summer apprenticeships, usually three to four months in length, in the field for well site geologists, natural gas engine mechanics or some engineering roles. |

Yes. The pay rate depends on experience level. We also offer a relocation allowance for those who qualify. |

If I have to move to do my internship, will EnCana help pay for my move? |

Yes. We offer a cash stipend to people who need to relocate to intern with us. The amount is re-evaluated each year to ensure it is competitive. |
