Our employees participate in a company-paid Defined Contribution Pension Plan (Canada) and a Money Purchase Plan (U.S.) where the company contribution is eight percent of base salary. Employees can further save for their retirement by contributing to an investment plan (Canada) or a 401(k) plan (U.S.) where we will match up to five percent of the employee’s contribution.
Our employees receive education, tools and support to help them plan for their retirement. When an eligible employee decides they are ready to retire, we provide post-retirement benefits. If you are at least 55 years of age and have two years of service (Canada) or five years of service (U.S.) with the company, you are eligible for post-retirement benefits upon retirement.
