Our community investment programs are strategically aligned to help educate people on the importance of environmental stewardship, boost local economies and enhance the skill sets of the next generation of industry leaders.

Our approach to community investment goes hand-in-hand with our business strategy and provides for meaningful relationships with community and non-government organizations. We support community initiatives in six key areas:

Environment

We provide support for organizations that care for and protect the environment as well as those that provide environmental education.

Education

We provide support for development of a skilled and sustainable workforce through investments in educational programs.

Family and community wellness

We provide support for community organizations that promote wellness, contribute to the prevention of illness or injury, and enhance health care, social and emergency services.

Sport and recreation

We provide support for programs aimed at enhancing the physical and social well-being of communities.

Community enhancement

We provide support for cultural programs and economic development initiatives.

Employee programs

We encourage and support employees' efforts to make a difference in their communities through a matching gifts program, and an employee volunteer program that provides grants to organizations where employees volunteer their time.
