You are permitted to use the Images in connection with bona fide journalistic editorial works only. This may include journalistic editorial works published in magazines, newspapers, books and on the internet. All Images so used must be reproduced in association with the following notice: "Copyright © EnCana Corporation. All rights reserved." Images must not be altered.

The resolution of any Images published by you may not exceed 100 dpi. No Images exceeding 100 dpi (including without limitation, CMYK high resolution) may be placed online in a downloadable or FTP format, or otherwise made available in an electronic format. It is a violation of this legal agreement to use any Images for or in connection with any defamatory, pornographic, obscene or illegal use, or in connection with any use not expressly authorized by this agreement.

No license to use any text or other copyright material or content, other than the Images, is granted hereby.

This license may be terminated at any time by EnCana Corporation.
