Beginning in 2008, EnCana plans to make certain of its undeveloped, non-core, fee title lands in the Clearwater business unit available to industry for lease, through a competitive bid process undertaken approximately two times per year.

Please be reminded that this leasing process does NOT include offers where non-cash, capital commitments (wells, seismic, etc.) are part of consideration. Business of this nature will remain unchanged, and be negotiated through the area Landman.

Request for EnCana to Post Lands for Bid
To streamline our lease holding process, EnCana is encouraging industry to request lands for development, with 1, 2 or 3 year lease terms. Once in receipt of industry’s request for lands, EnCana will review. Upon completion of review, approved lands will be published via this website, and made available for bid.
