Electronic Invoicing

EnCana has been using OpenInvoice to process invoices electronically with an ever increasing number of suppliers since November 2001. This paperless system expedites invoice processing, increasing efficiencies internally and accelerating payment.

We are changing our Site and Department model within OpenInvoice in April of this year. This change is being made to:
  • reduce the number of departments that suppliers have to choose from when submitting invoices
  • increase control and security over invoices containing confidential information
  • remain consistent with our internal organizational business structure
