Women’s Network fosters collaboration and professional growth

We are committed to supporting the development of women in leadership roles and raising the profile of women as integral members of our industry workforce. To demonstrate this commitment, we formally launched the Encana Women’s Network on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2011.

The cross-border network, comprised of women in leadership roles (or women who aspire to leadership roles), fosters collaboration and cooperation across the business and provides a forum for networking, mentoring and professional growth.
