The EnCana Environmental Innovation Fund was created in 2004 to finance projects that support the development, demonstration and, ultimately, the commercialization of innovative, clean energy technologies that relate to the energy sector. The Fund supports projects that:

• Improve the environmental performance associated with producing or consuming energy;
• Advance, demonstrate and commercialize innovative technologies and practices; and
• Help put into practice the commitments in our Corporate Responsibility Policy.
