How to Submit a Request

Proposals for funding or other support are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Ideally, requests should be concise - preferably not more than two pages - and should include:
  1. Name, address, phone number and charitable number (if applicable) of the submitting organization.
  2. Overview of project or program including:
    • objectives
    • geographical area served
    • targeted group of people who will benefit and how they will benefit
    • budget and timelines
    • desired results and measurements of success.
  3. Amount of funding requested including other sources of funding.
  4. A description of how the project addresses needs that are not being met by other community groups.
  5. Most recent audited financial statements.
  6. List of Board of Directors.
  7. Details as to how EnCana's participation will be profiled in the community.
