Proposals for funding or other support are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Ideally, requests should be concise - preferably not more than two pages - and should include:
- Name, address, phone number and charitable number (if applicable) of the submitting organization.
- Overview of project or program including:

- objectives
- geographical area served
- targeted group of people who will benefit and how they will benefit
- budget and timelines
- desired results and measurements of success.
- Amount of funding requested including other sources of funding.
- A description of how the project addresses needs that are not being met by other community groups.
- Most recent audited financial statements.
- List of Board of Directors.
- Details as to how EnCana's participation will be profiled in the community.
